Destiny Bay will take all necessary steps to prevent unauthorised entry into the Destiny Bay database. We will not be liable for any loss to a customer where a third party has gained unauthorised access to customer information held by Destiny Bay.

The encryption transfer of personal data placed on the website by the customer.
