Destiny Bay at Cape Mentelle’s 40th annual tasting of Top 20 Cabernets of the world
Destiny Bay was honoured to be invited back for Cape Mentelle‘s annual blind tasting of the world’s 20 top Cabernet wines. Destiny Bay’s winemaker, Sean Spratt attended and submitted the highly-rated Magna Praemia 2019. Destiny Bay found itself to be in excellent company, with other participating wineries including Spottswoode, Château Margaux, Ornellaia, Château Ducru-Beaucaillou, and Château Montelena. The Magna Praemia was revealed to be the 6th wine in the first bracket and was very well received by its peers.
